b. Virtual showroom links are delivered electronically to the user's registered email address.

2. Turnaround Time

a. MyPixelate guarantees a swift turnaround time, with the entire process from capture to virtual showroom completion estimated within 72 hours. This is subject to change based on the size of the captured space.

b. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated to users promptly.

3. Technical Support

a. Our technical support team is available 24/7 to assist users with any deployment issues or inquiries.

4. Hosting and Accessibility

a. Virtual showrooms are hosted on secure servers, ensuring uninterrupted accessibility for users.

b. MyPixelate assumes responsibility for hosting charges for the initial three months or as decided by the parties in an exclusive contract

a. Any additional embedded features, such as video players or analytics capabilities, are integrated seamlessly into the virtual space.

b. Users receive detailed instructions on leveraging these features for optimal results.

6. Modification and Updates

a. Users can request modifications or updates to their virtual showrooms by contacting our support team. This feature is only available to premium users and based on the availability and technical expertise of the MyPixelate Team

b. Modifications are subject to review, and users will be informed of any associated charges.

7. Intellectual Property

a. All virtual showroom content remains the intellectual property of MyPixelate.

b. Users are prohibited from reproducing or modifying virtual showroom content without explicit permission.

8. Contractual Agreement
